Prepare Your Young Athlete for Success

Reality is if your child hasn’t made it to elite level by the time they’re 18, chances are they never will!

Correct me if I’m wrong, I imagine one of the great joys as a parent is watching your talented child enjoy the game they love! More exciting when the coach tells you, “Your kid’s got potential; she’ll go far!” Chances are, the coach is probably right. Your kid likely does have potential, but if they’d like to unleash that potential, it’s going to require hard work, sacrifices, and some smart decisions!

Having your child exposed to multiple sports at an early age offers them a huge opportunity to develop a broad range of neuromuscular patterns and skills. These skills can then be tuned towards a sport they choose to specialize in later years. However, this period is also when your child will experience growth spurts, which can lead to a higher susceptibility to injuries if not managed properly.

I understand your child is busy with numerous sporting commitments, but making a sacrifice to include strength and conditioning in their regimen will be one of the best decisions you ever make as a parent. If you're not testing, you're guessing. We conduct testing at the start and end of our program to tailor training, track progress, and ensure each athlete's development, helping them achieve their full potential effectively and efficiently.

Movement Foundations

Developing strong movement foundations is essential for athletic success. Our program teaches fundamentals of movement to enhance performance, prevent injuries, and build a solid base for athletes do develop their skills upon.

Bodyweight Strength

In our training approach, individuals focus on honing their ability to maneuver their body weight effectively as a fundamental step. This foundational skill is paramount before advancing to incorporate weight training into their regimen.

Speed, Power & Plyometrics

Introducing fundamental techniques that align with the principles commonly found in various sports disciplines. Speed & Power is commonly where most athletes are lacking to make it to that next level.

Cognitive Skills

Enhancing mental training techniques can significantly boost your child's capacity to think quickly and react effectively in various situations. These skills will benefit their performance and foster personal growth and resilience.

Fun and Games

Meet Paul, Josh and Rory… passionate about nurturing young athletes and helping them reach their full potential. With a combined experience of over 20 years, we have successfully worked with over 100 young aspiring athletes, including more than 15 Australian youth representatives and numerous elite-level competitors.

At 360 Strength and Performance, we bring together a wealth of experience and expertise in coaching and athletic development. Our team has a deep understanding of what it takes to develop young athletes, from building strong movement foundations to enhancing athletic skills and promoting physical education. We are committed to providing personalized guidance and support to ensure each athlete receives the attention they need to succeed.

Our passion for working with young athletes goes beyond just coaching. We are dedicated mentors who foster a positive and supportive environment, helping athletes not only improve their performance but also build confidence and resilience.
