ABOUT US

360 Strength and Performance is a training facility located in Mona Vale on the Northern Beaches, where standards for functional movement are upheld through high quality coaching, exceptional programming, and a positive environment.

We are passionate about educating young athletes about the importance of fundamental movement patterns, strength development and mental resilience so they find more enjoyment and success in their sport. Our goal is simply to help athletes realise and unleash their true athletic potential. We are not limited to athletes alone, but also cater to a wide range of individuals who similarly desire to move better, develop strength and improve their confidence in our private gym in Mona Vale. Our strength development gym is one of very few in Sydney that operate via a semi-private model, where 4 members are allocated one coach for the session. Not to be mistaken with ‘small group training’, each individual has their own program specific to them and is coached as if it were 1-1. The main benefit being more cost effective and sustainable for you!

    The best gym on the northern beaches by far. Paul and his team personalise a workout just for you based on your needs and requirements. They are then attentive and supportive whilst training, demonstrating each activity before you break something (yeah they care this!). I love the personalised APP that tracks your exercises and weights / reps so you can easily go back and review your progress. It’s a true family atmosphere where everyone gets to know everyone with a fantastic social club aspect. I have no regrets about making this my gym of choice.

  • At 360 SP, we begin with an assessment of your fitness level, goals, and any health concerns. Based on this, we design a personalized fitness program to ensure optimal results, with regular progress tracking to adjust the program as needed. 

  • The timeline for results depends on your consistency and dedication. Typically, participants start noticing improvements in their strength, endurance, and overall fitness within 4 to 6 weeks of following the fitness gym program. 

  • At 360 SP, safety is our priority. We ensure all equipment is regularly maintained, and our trainers provide close supervision during workouts to ensure proper form. We also follow strict hygiene protocols to keep the gym environment safe and clean. 

  • 360 SP offers a specialized environment for strength training with state-of-the-art equipment and experienced coaches. We create personalized plans to help you build strength efficiently, focusing on form, technique, and progressive overload to maximize results. 

  • Contrary to popular belief, we recommend training 2-3 days per week. Achieving a healthy lifestyle is about balancing your time in the gym with staying active outside of it. Consistently training 2-3 days per week helps you maintain this balance, making it easier to sustain long-term and see better results. Training 5 days a week can be difficult to maintain and may eventually lead to burnout. Our coaches will work with you to create a plan that fits your goals and lifestyle for lasting success. 

  • In a semi-private gym session, each individual follows their own personalized workout plan, tailored to their specific goals and needs. Although you’ll train alongside up to 4 people, everyone works on their unique program, and the dedicated coach provides one-on-one guidance throughout the session. This way, you get the benefits of individualized coaching in a supportive, group setting. 

  • Not necessarily. That’s why we conduct a movement assessment and a meet-and-greet session with each potential client. This helps us ensure that we are the right fit for them, and also that they are the right fit for us. Our priority is doing what’s best for the client, and sometimes that means recommending them to another facility if we believe they would achieve better results elsewhere. 

  • Our gym in Mona Vale is equipped with top-of-the-line strength training and cardio equipment, functional training spaces, recovery areas, and more. We offer a wide range of programs including strength training, fitness conditioning, and personalized coaching.
