Our gym is one of very few in Sydney that operate via a semi-private model, where 4 members are allocated one coach for the session.
Not to be mistaken with ‘small group training’, each individual has their own program specific to them and is coached as if it were 1-1. The main benefit being more cost effective and sustainable for you!
