Meet Sarah - Bridging Elite Performance and Everyday Wellbeing
Sarah brings a deep passion for all things health, movement, and wellbeing — physically, mentally, and emotionally. With over a decade of experience across fitness, nutrition, and mindset coaching, she is committed to helping others feel their best and thrive in their health journeys.
Her journey began in martial arts, where she discovered discipline, strength, and mental resilience from a young age. Starting karate at just 9 years old, Sarah went on to become the Australian National Karate Champion in both 2018 and 2019. She also proudly represented Australia at the Asia Pacific Open in Kuala Lumpur, where she fought against the world’s second-ranked champion — an unforgettable experience that shaped her approach to both competition and life.
Professionally, Sarah has been a qualified Personal Trainer since 2016, a certified nutrition coach since 2010, and a mental performance coach since 2013. Her unique approach to coaching blends these elements together to support clients not just physically, but emotionally and mentally as well. She strongly believes that true wellbeing is a whole-body, whole-life experience — not just about looking fit, but about feeling strong, empowered, and in control of your own health.
Over the years, Sarah has worked with people from all walks of life and finds her greatest joy in helping others build sustainable habits, improve their relationship with movement and food, and develop the inner strength to lead a fulfilling, vibrant life.
She is excited to now be part of the 360 community and to provide guidance where she can. Her approach is holistic, down-to-earth, and completely tailored to the individual. With a background that bridges elite athletic performance and everyday wellbeing, she’s passionate about creating safe, supportive spaces for growth — inside and out.
