JUNIOR SCHOOL HOLIDAY CAMP
In case you haven’t heard already, the kids are losing sleep over this holiday program!
From what we’ve been told, they’ve been so inspired they went home to implement their own gym games to play with their friends. Then, just about every one of them went to the shops to find the biggest, baddest nerf gun on the market so they had a fighting chance at NERFWARS!
But in all seriousness, it’s our passion to educate the juniors on the Northern Beaches on how to move well, develop strength and improve their confidence to use in their everyday life, sports and school. We aim to do this through the use of basic fitness fundamentals, group exercise games and simply having plenty of fun!
