My passion for rugby, elite sport and S&C

Like any kid growing up by the beach, surfing was my first sporting passion—a passion that quickly expanded to include nippers, surf lifesaving, rugby, touch footy and soccer.

As an elite schoolboy rugby player, I was offered the opportunity to attend Ipswich Grammar School in Queensland. It was there that my eyes opened to value of Strength & Conditioning (S&C), and how beneficial it can be to aspiring athletes.

As rugby continued to present pathways for me, my interest in S&C began to fire.

Ipswich Grammar presented me with an opportunity to become a qualified personal trainer. I was amazed by how much knowledge I gained from the Fitness curriculum. Naturally curious, I found myself wondering why S&C is so effective in helping individuals reach their physical and mental health goals.

That led to tertiary studies, and I was accepted into the Bachelor of Applied Science (Exercise and Sport Science) degree program at the University of Sydney.

I give people the tools and knowledge to train safely and effectively to reach their goals and have fun doing it.

I moved back to Sydney (my home town) to study and play for Sydney University Rugby Club. The combination of related study and being part of the rugby club’s elite S&C program created an environment I loved. It was there that my passion to understand in great depth how different training techniques deliver specific goals was developed.

I have known Paul since 2014, and have a deep understanding of his visions and goals. We share a passion for S&C, so when the opportunity arose to begin working at 360SP, I was excited and extremely grateful.

It has long been my goal to make the most of my passion for S&C and offer individuals the same experience and benefits is has given me since those days at Ipswich Grammar School.

I continue to learn, and love sharing my knowledge with clients working towards their S&C fitness and well-being goals at 360SP.

I give people the tools and knowledge to train safely and effectively to reach their goals and have fun doing it. That way, I foster a passion for healthy active lifestyles for years to come.
