At 360 Strength + Performance we do NOT believe in a 'one size fits all' approach. We are of the opinion that each individual is unique and has a different skeletal, physical and mental structure. We also know that every person who approach us for coaching are at a different stage of overall fitness (in terms of mobility, flexibility, muscle mass, body fat %, strength, mentality, etc). As a result, we run our gym on a 'Semi Private Coaching' model where up to 4 clients (each with their own personalised & progressive exercise program) are being coached by 1 trainer at any given time. Not to be mistaken for group training where everyone does a workout of the day (WOD) written on the board. This model has allowed us to provide a quality and cost effective service within a motivated environment of exceptional clients.
