Have you ever watched a personal trainer training their client and noticed that they probably spend 50% of their session talking? Have you ever had a trainer where during your rest period there is this awkward silence? Personal training is expensive, boring and long outdated which is why we have developed our gym around the semi private model.

There is no ‘workout on the board’ where everyone does the same thing. That is what we call group training and what many gyms and trainers mistake ‘semi private coaching’ for. The semi private model is exactly like 1-1 training except we coach 4 clients at the same time over the period of an hour. Regardless of what type of athlete (a mum, teenage, powerlifter, rugby halfback, etc) is training within that session each client will perform their own program specifically tailored to their goals and/ or sport.

I started training with Paul to get some specialised strength training for triathlons. Paul had me on a monthly individually customised training plan to work on specific areas of strength and flexibility. With the help of Paul I managed to qualify for the Ironman 70.3 world championships in South Africa.
Paul is a great coach with a fine eye for technique and human movement, I would highly recommend him as a trainer for anyone looking to get the upper hand in whatever sport they are competing in.

I used to attempt the conventional lifts, particularly the squat, on my own and would always leave the gym with a sore lower back feeling defeated. After signing up at 360 in 2016 Paul helped me correct my form and my lifts have been going from strength to strength ever since!

Paul helped me continue to get some work in after I broke my leg at the World Gridiron Championship. He kept me sane during a tough time and assisted with my rehab when I was back on my feet again.
